October 1 – 8: Wild berry French toast
2 thick slices of house made brioche, dipped in egg batter & grilled to a golden brown (topped with house made wild berry sryup).

October 9 – 15: Breakfast quesadilla
a large flour tortilla filled with 3 scrambled eggs, pepper jack & cheddar cheese blend with your choice of 3 mix-ins (served with sour cream, pico de gallo & guacamole).

October 16 – 22: Guacamole & chorizo eggs Benedict
2 poached eggs atop a buttered toasted English muffin with beef chorizo & guacamole smothered in house made hollandaise sauce (served with Southwest potatoes).

October 23 – 31: California breakfast skillet
Southwest breakfast potatoes tossed with tomato, avocado, mushrooms topped with melted pepper jack & cheddar cheeses (finished with 2 eggs any style & your choice of toast).

3 cheeses mixed with ziti pasta & house made tomato sauce baked to a bubbly golden brown (served with garlic bread).

October 9 – 15: Beef tamales
3 red chili beef tamales served with Spanish rice & black beans.

corn flake crusted fried chicken breast & a crispy Belian waffle (served with butter & maple syrup).

October 23 – 31: Southwest chipotle chicken & bacon melt
marinated chicken breast topped with melted cheddar cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion & house made chipotle mayo on a grilled sourdough bun (served with French fries).
